I see two important parts in the programme: first is very practical step by step approach to a business acquisition, which you can refer on each step of your deal from origination down to first days of ownership; and second is building up ‘can do attitude’. Carl encourages you to make practical steps, however keeping you out form critical mistakes: “no deal is better than a bad deal”.
